Overview

Êga-vêlè Sêdè was founded durring the late 11th century, by Mbó̄̄b Goīshv 'Wavy Gina' Haw̋ńrmé Cä̋nvé̄y Vúń̄w̄. The establishment of Êga-vêlè Sêdè was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Mbó̄̄b Goīshv 'Wavy Gina' Haw̋ńrmé Cä̋nvé̄y Vúń̄w̄ electing to pay people to resettle in Êga-vêlè Sêdè.

Êga-vêlè Sêdè was built using the conventions of Iron Elf durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Êga-vêlè Sêdè is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.

Êga-vêlè Sêdè is buildings are arranged within a network of crampt baked earthen streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the city is well defended against anything short of an army. Astonishigly, the brittle defences are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Êga-vêlè Sêdè gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Êga-vêlè Sêdè brings to mind.
